At London Bold, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@uselondonbold.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Order Changes

If you need to change your size, color, product, shipping address, or contact information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to update your order before it is processed.

After Processing or Shipment

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving it, according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

London Bold is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
