At London Bold, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product, you may request an exchange under the conditions below.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn;

• In its original condition;

• Returned with all original tags and packaging included.

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchange Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the replacement product, subject to availability.

If the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, our support team will contact you with alternative options.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the exchange is requested due to choosing the wrong size, color, or product.

If the exchange is necessary because of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, London Bold will cover the applicable shipping costs.
